All the ingredients in QO are gluten free; however, the manufacturer does handle ingredients which include gluten and due to any possibility of cross-contamination we chose not to label it as “gluten free”.

QO Fuel, QO Cookies, Flavor Files, and Electros are all vegan, QO Complete contains whey and is not vegan.

It is all a matter of personal preference. Most prefer to use 8-12 oz of liquid per serving of QO powder.

QO Fuel is high carb at 85% Carb, 10% Protein, and 5% Fat. QO Complete is the same powder with additional protein and MCT Fat to bring the ratios more to those of a normal meal 50% Carb, 30% Protein, 20% Fat. Both can be used to fuel your workouts or feed your hunger throughout the day.

The powder consistency is that of grains ground down into a fine powder. If you prefer a finer smoother consistency you can mix in a shaker bottle or a portable or regular blender. QO Complete has a smoother consistency that QO Fuel because it is mixed with very smooth MCT Coconut Powder and Whey which are very smooth and soluble.

No, both powders are unsweetened and unflavored. When you taste QO you will get the pleasant flavor of it’s ingredients only. It has no added natural or artificial flavors. You can however buy our QO Flavor Files separate to vary the flavoring and sweetness of the powders if you choose to do so.

We recommend storing our powder products in a cool, dry place. Be sure to re-seal the bag properly after use.

The Best By dates on our products varies by product line. The expiration date can be found stamped on the bottom of the bag or canister. Our powders have a long life of up to a year if stored properly Once the product mixed with a liquid it needs to be consumed within a few days.

You can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund just as long as they are new and in the same condition, they were shipped in. Opened bags and containers or used accessories will not be accepted.  You are responsible for shipping except if the item being returned was damaged or defective.  We highly recommend you get insurance and tracking when returning an item to avoid any issues.
